100% Literacy, Not just basic education, but at least MATRICULATION.

P.A.J.B.S.U. Mandal, Bhiwandi intends to makes available easily, Education Facilities upto Post Graduation to every deserving individual to help raise the standard of living among the masses from the under-privileged segment in the remote and rural areas of interior part of the Thane District.

Thane District has a huge area with many remote villages that not properly connected by raod or rail. The 'Adivasi' (scheduled tribets and scheduled case-down traders community population is big and deprived of even basic education in some parts. Our 'Ashram Shala' ( Residential School with Hostel Facility with food was conceptualized and many are being run to bring schooling aged children from these remote areas to get basic education. We would like to offer more to raise up standard of living by helping these children and their families.

The Plan - To be achieved within the next academic year - 2010 -2011

• To construct brick and cement (concrete) schools in place of the existing 'Kaccha' Schools, many of which had been erected almost over 50 years back.
• To start secondary academics where only primary facilities exist.
• To start higher secondary where only primary and secondary exist.
• To start junior college where up to higher secondary is being offered.
• To offer graducation at location where required.
• To start professional & technical education centers at some locations.
